Unfortunately, due to the increase in energy, fuel and the general cost of living, we have had to increase our prices to reflect the current running costs of the accommodation.

CHECK IN IS FROM 2pm AND CHECK OUT BY 10am UNLESS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT.

THE HOUSE IS OFTEN AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BUT THESE DATES AND AVAILABILITY CANNOT BE RELEASED / CONFIRMED UNTIL JUNE. OVER THIS PERIOD  IT REMAINS A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY AND PRICE PER NIGHT WILL BE CONFIRMED (2023 prices £275 per night).

To show our appreciation we do give a 10% discount for returning guests and any guest coming for 7 nights or more.

There is no additional cost for dogs, but we ask that you advise us if you intend to bring one.
